Denver express

One reserved round trip is included with every Full Phase Pass. Accessible coaches run in every service window, with declared space for ski and snowboard equipment.

Calder connector

A continuous event shuttle links official hotels, Calder Relay Station, and Frostline Basin from before gates until after the last public program.

Driving

There is no general guest parking at Frostline Basin. Limited reserved parking and rideshare drop-off are located at Calder Relay Station.

Where to stay

Frostline has the shortest event journey. Calder offers the best balance of access and flexibility. Denver works for guests using day-return coaches. Lodging is sold separately and camping is not available.

The primary viewing deck is independently accessible by a maintained route. Higher snow terraces require reserved assistance and may change with surface conditions.

Weather

Conditions can move a session.

Competition may pause for visibility, wind, lightning, or avalanche-control work. Aurora Yard moves indoors when outdoor limits are crossed. Phase Hall, Basecamp, and warming spaces remain active whenever safely possible.

Sunday morning contains a protected recovery window for delayed qualifiers or finals. Changes appear on the website, venue screens, transport boards, and optional SMS alerts.

What to bring

Pack for the actual mountain.

Bring waterproof layers, insulated boots with traction, warm gloves, eye protection, an empty refillable bottle, photo ID, and a spare dry layer. A conditions-based packing update is published three days before gates.

Bag and equipment

Bags up to 18 × 14 × 8 inches are permitted. Personal cameras with lenses under six inches are welcome. Drones, glass, outside alcohol, fireworks, laser pointers, tents, and unauthorized vending are prohibited.

Conduct

Harassment, violence, course intrusion, dangerous intoxication, or interference with safety operations may result in removal. Guests should obtain consent before sustained close-up photography of another attendee.

Frostline Basin.

An independent mountain resort above Calder, Colorado, Frostline is defined by dark timber, exposed steel, and a compact base area. The complete public event footprint can be crossed in approximately twelve minutes.
